Acceptance

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Morphor. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on its behalf.

Use of the service

• Use Morphor only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• Do not generate content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its underlying providers.

Billing

Morphor is pay-as-you-go. You top up a balance and each action draws from it at the rate shown before you run it. Top-ups are processed by our payment provider. Prices for individual models and operations may change as our underlying providers update their pricing.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the canvases and images you create with Morphor. We claim no ownership over your work. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or generate. Morphor and its branding remain our property.

Third-party models

Image generation and editing are powered by third-party AI models accessed via fal.ai. Your use of those outputs is also subject to the respective providers' acceptable-use policies.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may be imperfect or unexpected, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morphor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
